Grissom and his team investigate the a double murder when a woman is found murdered in her house. The woman's striking resemblance to Sara causes Grissom to confront his feelings for her. When the body of the victim's boyfriend is found dissected and separated over multiple garbage cans, the CSIs soon suspect the murderer is a doctor.

The victim was Sara's double. Grissom's reaction:

Grissom takes his time in the house doing a one hour walk through before going out to talk to his team. He seeks out Sara to make sure she isn't the vic in the house.

Grissom doesn't want Sara in the house. She is confused and a little mad when he tells her to take the perimiter.

Later, Sara prints the vic, Debbie and sees what has had Grissom at the crime scene for three shifts.

Sara meets Debbie

Grissom starts to hallucinate at the crime scene. He looks around Debbie's house and sits on her bed. Looking in the mirror, he first sees Debbie, then Sara looking back at him.
